What I Do

Aside my research I make photography since 2003. I started with argentic photography by developing negatives and printing black and white pictures myself. Since then, photography is a true passion that I attempt to merge with my research field, which allows me to visit rare places around the world.

Wildlife

I mainly do wildlife photography in natura without any bating and mostly hiding. My work also allows me to get close to the species I studied during my PhD (Macaca sylvanus) and postdoc (Macaca mulatta) for hundreds of hours

.

Landscapes

I always bring my equipment while traveling. I love to go on road trips through an entire country and visit natural parks and remote places

Macro

Macrophotography is a good way to make more casual photography, whether in my studio or my garden.
